  • Campus Outreach

    Connect Liz and Sarah to your campus networks, and organize virtual presentations on your campus where needed. Identify potential student and expert guests in your college or local community whom you think other students would learn from or identify with.

  • Social Media Content Creator

    Raise awareness about the podcast, the tenets it is based on (CBT, DBT and ACT), and the importance of mental health. Create social media reels, posts and stories for our Instagram and TikTok accounts.

  • Focus Group Participants ("Think Tank")

    Collaborate with Sarah and Liz by sharing current campus stressors and trends. Help generate episode topics of high interest to students.

What are the eligibility requirements to participate in this program?

  1. Must be a current undergraduate college student OR have graduated within the last year. 

  2. Be 18+ years old

  3. Be available to contribute 1-2 hours per week

What are start and end dates?

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We ask all applicants to commit to one academic year (fall, winter and spring semesters).

Is this a paid internship?

No, this is an unpaid learning and advocacy opportunity for students.

The Student Ambassador Program is a leadership opportunity for students who are dedicated to destigmatizing mental health care and advocating for novel approaches to therapy resources on college campuses.
